I was being sick yesterday, lying in agony on the sofa and watching telly and I got inspired by Nigel Slater whose programme I was just unable to oversleep. Surely one of the best cooking shows I've seen recently and maybe ever.
The Ploughman's Pie as the recipe says is served with cheese. However my family would find it unacceptable, so I resigned. The whole preparations and oven-thing took me an hour.

I've let myself down today, almost in every aspect.
To cheer myself up I decided to face up the shopping mall - it was quite early so I was sure there wouldn't be as many frenetic christmas shoppers as in the evening. And I was right!
Moreover: the air was provided so I could breathe!
I did buy some glitter. Although all in all I don't need it really I find it essencial somehow.
+ sweaters, socks, Woolf's novel, notebook, scarf and a woolen, knitted headband.
My dad received a package from German partner company and they sent us bisquits and chocolates. They always do. And I always get them all.

I took part in an exhibition of drawing workshops I attended. The one above is the best one I did, however it's unfinished. The model was 74 years old and he was missing a tip of one of his fingers, he said he had lost it while working in a butchery. The 'funny' thing is that the place we were actually having our drawing classes is called Old Butchery.

I have a small collection of London blue doors shots.
Whereas it is obviously common in the UK, here in Poland it's kind of rare, and I regret it so much!
Just came to my mind some might find it as peculiar as I do.

bedroom, nightstand mess + my gorgeous new kids on the block - gilded, misfit tea cup - El, n saucer - Phil. one actually can't see it cause of tea, but the inside of the cup is blue, light, subtle, royal blue. my favourite kind of blue. it harmonises perfectly with the golden ring near the edge.
